Booking terms
Bookings are confirmed only when the cleaner accepts and Bare Essentials confirms receipt of the requested bank transfer. Prices, times and notes must be accurate.
Customer payments are received by Bare Essentials. Cleaner shares are paid manually by the operator after the booking is completed and the 48-hour release period has passed. Cancellations, refunds and disputes are reviewed using the booking record, payment status and relevant evidence.
