The team contacts you for a manual video call. We check that you are a real adult customer and explain the rules before approval.

Browse approved profiles, read their services and click an available calendar block. The cleaner controls their own working hours.
Choose the service and confirm
Select the service after choosing a time. We show the price, boundaries and bank-transfer instructions before the request is finalised.
After you book
The cleaner accepts or declines the request. Once accepted, you receive the agreed visit details. After completion, the booking enters a 48-hour review period before the cleaner’s share is manually transferred.
