Is this a sexual service?

No. Bare Essentials provides domestic cleaning only. No sex, touching or sexual services are offered.

Who can use the service?

Adults aged 18 or over who live in or book within the HU postcode area and pass our approval checks.

Why do you need my mobile number?

It helps us contact you for the manual verification call and booking support. It is not displayed publicly.

How do I choose a time?

Choose an approved cleaner first, open their profile and click a green available calendar block. The service options shown next are limited to what that cleaner offers.

How are cleaners paid?

Customers pay Bare Essentials by bank transfer. After completion and a 48-hour release period, the operator sends the cleaner’s agreed share manually.

Can a booking be stopped?

Yes. A cleaner or customer can stop a booking if they feel unsafe or if agreed boundaries are not respected.

Are photos public?

No. Cleaner media is reviewed and restricted to approved signed-in customers. Faces and nudity are not permitted.

What happens if someone breaks the rules?

The booking may end immediately and the account may be suspended while the team reviews the report. Serious concerns should also be reported to the appropriate emergency service.
